Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on September 1, 2024.
We at InnovateEDU are working to make our site accessible to people with disabilities. Keep Our Communities Connected is administered by InnovateEDU.
What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
Accessibility adjustments on this site
Keep Our Communities Connected is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability. We aim to adhere as closely as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0, Level AA), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make Web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user friendly to everyone.

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content
The accessibility of certain pages on the site depend on contents that do not belong to the organization, and instead belong to K12 Dive, Democracy IO, and other partners . The following pages are affected by this: Homepage, Get Involved, State by State Data and About. We therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for these pages.
